Norman Sosner was born, raised, and educated in England. He lectured on History and Global Affairs as a young Education Officer in the Royal Air Force, while also taking an active part as Producer, Director, and Actor in Community Theatre. Emigrating to the United States, the author met and married an English girl and together they pursued their love of international travel, organizing their own worldwide travel company, which over a period of 25 years took them to all five continents. Taking early retirement, he devoted himself to assisting several arts and music entities with marketing programs which won him state and national awards for creative events and fundraising. This novel is his first attempt at fiction, but Mr. Sosner is no stranger to the written word, having produced numerous brochures and newsletters on travel, music and the arts, as well as a broadcast series of wine chats and TV infomercials. Finally settling with his wife and family in Hawaii, the author published his extensive memoirs and then turned his hand to this romantic novel. It chronicles the life of a young war orphan through the turbulent historic events of five decades, during which time he finds, loses, and eventually regains the love of his life.
