From the outside, Halston looks like your typical sleepy rural town. It's the perfect setting for things that want to go unnoticed.

Fast-paced, page-turning action begins when single mother Kathy's babysitter goes MIA. The town fears Judy is a victim of the Missing Women murders until fingers point at Kathy's Peter Pan ex, Billy, who disappears as well, taking their two children with him. Billy is wanted by Kathy, the sheriff, the police and a desperate drug dealer named Snake who figures that if Kathy dies, Billy will show for the funeral.

Despite flying snakes, a tango with a boa constrictor, her car exploding and kidnappings, Kathy must prove she is parent enough for her children and learn to put both feet and Not Just One down with Billy,with her dysfunctional family and with the other two men in her life . Can her determination, with some help from her comical cast of friends, enable Kathy to get her children back and rescue Judy before it’s too late?
