'Twas the Squeak Before Christmas

It's Christmas Eve, and as Emma's Daddy tries to read the classic 'The Night Before Christmas', he is repeatedly interrupted by an annoying squeak. What could it be? Each time he investigates he finds a different cause, until eventually he finds the real source of the squeak. 
A short story for young children with just a hint of the frustrations that can arise between parents on Christmas Eve. (Other than the cover there are no pictures in this book.)
