Before Atomic Mouse, long before fame turns 'Thierry Kaplan' into a household name, the freelance journalist travels to Milan to interview an anti-Mafia politician whose bookkeeper daughter and policeman husband died trying to expose the organized crime infiltration of the aircraft maintenance industry. Going in, Kaplan has no idea how deep the criminal penetration of the global landfill and recycling industry is. Going forward, Kaplan takes up their banner and lives his own life doing whatever he can to expose it.
