Seventeen year old Minerva Carreno had been a small-town girl hungry for travel, adventure, maybe even romance.  The newly established 1st Global Marine Division promised all of that.  After more than a century of world-wide peace, how could she ever have imagined that with the signing of her name, she would find herself among scores of other teens from around the world, embroiled in the desperate fight to liberate Earth from brutal alien occupation?

The drama continues in this second installment, following Minerva as she transitions from a naive young girl to reluctant leader.  Campaigns rage across Europe, the Pacific Theater, and the central United States.  With the help of the Allied Worlds, Minerva's unit, the 83rd Combat Regiment, pushes further into Ohio, retaking our portion of the world one city at a time.
