Sir Arthur Thomas Quiller-Couch (1863-1944) was a British writer and although he left a huge legacy of novels published under the pen-name 'Q', he is mostly known as the editor of 'The Oxford Book of English Verse', a collection book of English poetry. 'A Dark Mirror' is a short piece of prose by Arthur Quiller-Couch that is dedicated a bright and colorful portrayal of the single thing — a dark mirror. That strange mirror somewhy makes the reflection livid, and if there's a young healthy man standing before it he will look pale as if he was dead.
