Jack London – (Jan 12, 1876 – Nov 22, 1916) American writer and journalist. Born and grown up in California, he tried his luck in Alaska in the time of the Gold Rush, but unsuccessfully. During his writer's career he's written such novels as Martin Eden, The White Fang, The Sea-Wolf etc. and a lot of magnificent short stories. "Revolution and Other essays" is collection of essays by Jack London. All of the works here have their own subject, distinctive style and form, but wealth and power are the common thread running through them. But all of them are masterfully crafted and written in London’s rich and living language. This is a gathering of small, but priceless pieces of mind that do their part in picking together the puzzle of history.
