The Money Spy

Amir Carrington was the ideal plant to help the U.S. identify money flowing to the Islamic State in Syria (ISIS). He was Syrian/Canadian, a computer wizard, fluent in Arabic and living in Damascus. He succeeded grandly. He uncovered a transfer of a half-billion dollars going to the terror organization annually. To send his discovery to Washington without alerting the money’s source, he put an ingenious code inside his emails.
