About Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a psychological action, systematic, planned and intentional, based on a theoretically well established concept.
 

Psychotherapy is a complex process which involves psychological support rebalancing and restructuring personality and in reducing or eliminating symptoms. In the psychotherapeutic process used methods, techniques and specific actions. 
Psychotherapy can be seen as an interpersonal relationship between client and therapist relationship designed to investigate and understand the nature of the client’s psychological conflicts, in order to correct and releases him of suffering.

Psychotherapy can be called as a benevolent attitude psychological support, understanding and unconditional acceptance, and encouragement and valuing customer. 
 

Overall objective of psychotherapy is to produce changes in the sphere of the individual personality changes that will help him to achieve a more efficient and stable adaptation to the environment. 
Psychotherapy apply a large number of normal people who feel that they have reached a peak potential, who want to grow and evolve to be more optimal, who want to better understand themselves and others, who wish to develop their creativity and to evolve spiritually, as well as a wide range of psychiatric disorders, from existential crises, neurosis, psychosomatic disorders, personality disorders.
