Twenty one year old Lauren Jacobs, from south Miami, finally faces life on her own and now has to deal with her own personal demons. Having Christian parents and a good Christian sister, Lauren, never would’ve imagined her life turning out like this. She wants everything that she doesn’t need and soon finds out that it’s a huge problem. After circumstances cause her to lose her best friend, her man, and much more, she feels the weight of her entire world crashing down on her daily. She tries to stay prayed up, strong and sane through it all but , with the unbelievable predicament’s she finds herself thrown into, she doesn’t see how anyone could hold it together and come out in one piece. She discovers that secrets can kill you and that even the people of God have skeletons in their closets too. It’s up to them to bury them in the past and hope that they don’t pop back up.
