On a hot summer night more than twenty-five years ago a freak lightning bolt struck Sarah St. Pierre on Lake Michigan. Unaware of her Timewalker heritage, Sarah is shocked when she is not only stolen from death by a race of immortal aliens, but sent through time to save the city of Chicago from an alien attack.
