Catch a Tiger by her Toe

“Dear mother of Isis and every other goddess holy!” I exclaimed when I saw the hellishly ominous looking form of my dearest mate standing pitifully in the after midnight gloom as I stared in sheer horror at her overall appearance. Her fangs looked almost as if they belonged to a saber toothed cat of more than a billion years into the past, and her finger and toenails looked more than chainsaw sharp and more pointed and elongated, not at all like those of any other normal big cat.
