Iniquitous is the study of evil. Lancashire 1337, thirty four year old Jake Broadoak kills a brutul lord in an act of revenge and has to flee his native land. He settles in Yorkshire and becomes the head of a small community, but then a plague destroys all the inhabitants of Middleham, including Jake.
In 1970, Racid meets with his wife, and a few years afterwards their sinful trade begins.In the same year, in Russia, a 'special girl' is born, and her life is destined to be caught up in the Racids' relentless quest for Hell.
A strange gypsy boy is taken in by the Racids, and in time, a series of murders begin. But who is the killer?
