From the intel acquired from Miss Maddow,Cobra had aimed his price for the "Nile of tears".However, after sneaking into the New York museum after closing,the alarm set off and Cobra ends up running away without the jewelry in his hands.The armed group of what seems to be The Pirate Guild had barged in the museum.Doctor Utopia More,the biologist has been targeted by the Gypsy Dog, but Cobra saves the Doctor and escapes.
