Sexual harassment is a displayed behaviour, but when does the act begin to harass and why many people are unable to understand that it is harassing, some choose to ignore the victim’s resistance, some have an air of defiance around them considering themselves supreme and that they are entitled, or do not know how to handle lack of consent, why the culture of silence?
