Dr. Sally Ann Cruikshank is an assistant professor in the School of Journalism and Strategic Media at Middle Tennessee State University. She received her Ph.D. from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University, following an award-winning career as a television news producer in Pittsburgh and Miami. She teaches a variety of journalism courses, including digital media skills, social media on the graduate level, and advanced reporting.

Dr. Christine Eschenfelder is an assistant professor in the School of Journalism and Strategic Media at Middle Tennessee State University. She earned her Ph.D. in Mass Communication from the University of Florida. Before joining the faculty at MTSU, Eschenfelder worked in television news as a reporter, anchor, and producer. She is the recipient of several broadcast news industry awards including the Edward R. Murrow Award. The courses Eschenfelder teaches include Ethics and Mass Communication, Video Reporting and Editing, Television News Producing, and Broadcast Announcing and Performance.

Dr. Keonte Coleman is an assistant professor in the School of Journalism and Strategic Media at Middle Tennessee State University. Coleman loves sharing his passion for media with students and helping them find their voices as storytellers. He previously served as the interim dean of the Professional Studies Division, and chair of the Journalism & Media Studies Department at Bennett College. Coleman was an Edward R. Murrow and multiple Emmy Award winning television news producer while working for Hearst Television before transitioning to the classroom.
