Sen M. Kuo, Northern Illinois University, is a professor and chair at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Northern Illinois University. Wenshun Tian, Department of R&D, UT Starcom, Inc., he has over 16 years of industrial experience in telecommunications and semiconductors and has written over 15 technical papers in the field of telecommunications, digital audio, speech processing and DSP implementations.
