International Project Management: Leadership in Complex Environments

The author brings experience from teaching college level and corporate training courses for institutions and businesses around the world.  He has also done intensive research on international project management and the specific needs of the market.  The book is being written to present international project management best practices, and to bring structure to a market currently without it.  The book will follow the knowledge areas as presented in PMI's PMBOK GUide - 4th Edition to lend stucture to the discipline.  However it will not be PMI-centric and will also pull standard information from the International Project Management Association (IPMA).  The book will cover all aspects of the subject from general project management information through areas of critical need such as professional ethics, international business law and managing divergent cultures.  The coverage will be supplementated by cases and examples from the author's own work.
