If there is a formula for God’s blessings in one’s life, it would have to start with obedience to His word. I try and hold onto Jesus’ promise in John 14:23:
‘If a person (really) loves Me, he will keep My word (obey My teaching) and My Father will love him, and we will come to Him and make our home (abode, special dwelling place) with Him.’ (Amplified Bible)
Could we ever desire anything greater than that?
