Each beast in the bestiary has an info page so you can learn where they come from and how they live in the wild. Included are many of the beasts that Zymar Thrassus trains as a Thrik Monster Maestro: the wolf-like sichre, leonine Bykka, toad-like Olba, and of course, the fearsome Kijir Loth. We also get to see some of the beasts that are only mentioned in passing in the books: the giraffe-esque Prindelophore, the whiny fuerrtha, and the avian Ra’ca.
Zymar’s fascination with the hideous and strange ultimately guides him on an unlikely rise from beast training to the circles of leadership in the rebellion against the Empire.
