Horton Hears a Hanukkah Party!

For seven nights, Horton hears wonderful, joyful sounds in the night and discovers the Whos spinning dreidels, sizzling latkes, and singing songs as they celebrate Hanukkah.

Leslie Kimmelman is the author of more than fifty books for children, including Everybody Says Shalom; The Eight Knights of Hanukkah; Eve and Adam and their Very First Day; and Ready, Set, Run! The Amazing New York City Marathon. She has received five Sydney Taylor Notable and Honor awards for Jewish-themed picture books. She was also a children’s book editor for many years, including almost twenty-five years at Sesame Workshop. Leslie has been known to happily recite the entire text of Horton Hears a Who by heart (not to mention many other Dr. Seuss titles!). She lives just outside New York City.

Tom Brannon is a popular illustrator who has worked on many different book series, including Sesame Street, Muppet Babies, and Playhouse Disney.
