Meanwhile, the Supreme Minister of Europe, Balarus, has joined forces with the evil Watcher, Toumus, to defeat the rebels, and create a new order by cloning a new, more powerful race of Goths in a chamber deep in the earth. Toumus has sent the Goth, Cronos, to stop Ian from retrieving the golden seal, and secure the map and key.
