I wanted to update this book because a lot of things have changed since I had first published back in 2011. Back then, President Barack Obama was in his first term in office and the number one show on television was Donald Trump’s The Apprentice. Now it’s 2018 and President Obama is no longer in office after serving two terms and now Donald Trump is the president.

Back when I first published this book there were a lot of policies that have changed, some for the better, some for the worst. However, what hasn’t changed is people’s desire for wealth. As of today, October 23, 2018, the Mega Millions lottery is 1.6 Billion Dollars and the Powerball is $620 million! If no one wins, it will go up even higher, however, if someone does win, there will be millions of unhappy folks out here.

I’ve updated this book and gave it a more personal touch to it in order should you what I had to go through and the lessons I learned.
