George B. Lampere, Ph.D., is a practitioner of business transformation and organizational change management. He has gained his experience over the past thirty years as a consultant working in a wide range of industries. George prides himself on participating in the leading business techniques as they evolved, including total quality management, business process reengineering, Six Sigma, metrics management, organizational change management, organizational culture assessment and alignment, and knowledge management. For an organization to be successful and maintain its competitive advantage, he learned that they must integrate and align their people, processes, technologies and knowledge. Lampere was granted a Doctorate degree in Organizational Behavior from Southwest University, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from National-Louis University.
