D A Joy is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha Writer’s Workshop with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. He has worked as a business analyst and project manager across the country while still living in Nebraska. Outside of work, he maintains a range of interests including history, reading, films, and hobbies such as building models and participating in local and national competitions. It provides Holmes’ view of the pursuit of the serial killer in London using only his keen intellect and without the aid of modern forensics. And while Holmes is a fictional detective, the case surrounding Jack the Ripper and the murders is dealt with using the actual facts and suspects known to Scotland Yard in 1888.
