Yavari’s academic credentials include a BS degree in business administration, an MBA degree in finance, and from the University of Southern California, MS and PhD degrees in policy and administration.
He has taught financial and management accounting as well as economics at the University of Southern California, Chapman University, and California State University-Los Angeles.
