Violet had finally reunited with her daughter, only to be trapped at the bottom of the ocean by the king of the Nephezai. Now she has to rely on Thane, the father of her daughter, and the one person she never thought she’d turn to for help.

Nathan had finally reunited with Violet, only to have the off-grid shire he’d started to think of as home viciously attacked by Matthias Branstone and his minions of human hunters. Violet and Thane are missing, and Nathan is on the verge of madness in the hopes of tracking them down and finding them alive.

New shifters and new alliances are formed, yet Matthias Branstone always seems to be several steps ahead of the chaos he leaves in his wake.
