Of Love and Discord

Weidan Sima was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. Always the shy and introverted type, he never had much success with dating and love in paradise. Inspired to find a book that could relate to the awkward and shy types, and to those who would enjoy a meaningful love story filled with fantasy, historical references, and deep characters, he found it writing this book. After spending five years writing his debut novel, amongst college exams, heartaches, and the demands of emerging adulthood, he can proudly say that it was all worth it. Of Love and Discord was finished thanks to partly finally saying farewell to his island home of twenty some years and moving to California with nothing but two suitcases and a dream. He is still continuing that dream to this day.
