Shelley D. Smith is the owner of Premier Rapport. Her consulting firm serves businesses of all sizes with overall leadership, executive coaching, organizational development, corporate wellness and much more. She has business certifications from Cornell University and has received numerous awards and recognitions throughout her 30-year professional career. Before opening her own firm, Shelley worked with Marriott International’s Hotels Division, eventually transitioning into the Hotel Franchise sector. As part of her busy schedule with Premier Rapport, she writes blogs and video blogs on the hottest topics in business and regularly holds "Google hangouts" to speak about these topics with some of the most influential business leaders in today’s marketplace. Shelley is a board member and President Elect of the Peninsula Women’s Network, the longest, continuously operating women’s network in the country. A happily married mother of three, she is also an active member in her church. Shelley and her family reside in Newport News, Virginia.
