Bradford Middleton was born in the working-class suburbs of southeast London in 1971 and spent the next 30 years trying to escape. He now lives in Brighton and has been trying to escape here since about 2008. He has been published widely, with over 100 unique publications, at places like Over My Dead Body!, Rolling Thunder Quarterly, Work Literary Magazine, Empty Mirror, Ppigpenn, Zygote in my Coffee, Mad Swirl, Horror-Sleaze-Trash, Fuck Fiction, Dead Snakes and Camel Saloon. In 2013 he won the inaugural Twitter fiction competition from Brighton Fringe Festival, and the following year won the Twitter slam at the Brighton Digital Festival.
