Rise of the Shamra

Larry was born in upstate New York and raised on a dairy farm. He always loved reading and writing and desired to be a writer even from a toddler. His play involved searching for cattle in the pastures while avoiding imaginary aliens and terrorists. The Lord found him as a teenager and he began to read the Bible and wonder why God seemed no longer to be active, only to discover through personal experiences and miracles later that He was still very much active. Larry and his wife, Yvonne, now attend church at Northwest Assembly in Bentonville, Arkansas. He has been married for 31 years. They have five grown children and seven grandchildren.
