Deep Waters

1964. DS Harry Barnard has been ordered to track down notorious Soho club owner Ray Robertson, who hasn’t been seen for several days. Meanwhile photographer Kate O’Donnell is working on a feature about Canvey Island, finally being rebuilt after the devastating floods of 1953. But it turns out there’s a connection with Robertson’s disappearance.
