Tod Lange, artist, subway archivist, and native New Yorker, presents more than 200 images of his favorite train lines, graffiti-painted cars, stations, subway yards, and work equipment that defined one of New York’s bygone eras. It may have been a scary and dangerous place to some, but it was home to millions.
