Nick Parris is a research chemist at the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Eastern Regional Research Center located in Philadelphia, PA. His research is focused on organic chemistry, analytical, and biochemistry, with a specialization in agricultural proteins. He is recognized as an International expert on the isolation and separation of macromolecules from complex matrices, and on processing- induced macromolecular interaction in food systems.
