Since Hob Ravani used her witchy powers to pull a massive train job and destroy TransRift Inc’s Weatherman, the Ghost Riders aren’t just outlaws, they’re the resistance. Tensions ratchet up between TransRift and the people of Ludlow as their lives are risked to find the mysterious blue crystals that fuel both Hob’s powers and excite the menacing Weathermen. While Mag works to keep violence out of Ludlow, Hob digs up the Bone Collector and suddenly the Ghost Riders are caught in a race for the source of Tanegawa’s World’s power. Then a new Weatherman arrives, and the battle for a planet is on.
