Spurgeon on Prayer

Spurgeon, the Prince of Preachers, was also a man of prayer. CHARLES SPURGEON (1834-1892) was born in Essex, England. He preached his first sermon when he was sixteen years old. He became a pastor at the age of seventeen. He went on to become known as ＂the Prince of Preachers,＂ and eventually pastored London’s 6000-seat Metropolitan Tabernacle. His writings continue to lead readers closer to the Lord.
