Although this book is not formatted like a PHD thesis, it is based on research we conducted for more than 55 different projects. And even though each product owner or project manager claimed that their project was absolutely unique, we discovered the identical set of problems in every single one of them. In this simple-to-read book, we’ve described them in full. Additionally, we discovered that the problems were the same whether a project was based on Agile methodology or a Waterfall methodology.
