The Personal Liberation System: Inner Freedom Through the Practice of Dispassion and Meditation

In his early twenties, STEVEN REDDEN searched the literature of the world’s spiritual and philosophical teachings-the Ageless Wisdom, Buddhism, mystic Christianity, Non-Dualism, Stoicism, Theosophy, Vedanta-seeking a practical system for applying their ideas. When he failed to find what he envisioned, he determined to create his own. He subsequently developed the Personal Liberation System (PLS) over a thirty-year period of study, meditation, and experimentation, while working as a private tutor of mathematics and English. Since completing the book, he now consults full-time with PLS users who seek his advice about how best to apply the system’s techniques to their particular circumstances and problems.
