Paul Brainard Paul was born and raised in Southern California. He completed his undergraduate studies at CSU Los Angeles and went on to earn an MBA from the University of La Verne. He has worked 30 years as an industrial accountant/manager and is currently the Founder/CEO of CHITA. Fresh out of school, Paul landed his first job as the plant controller for a manufacturing company. Within no time he was a key contributor to the financial turnaround of the company. Over the next 2 decades Paul honed these skills and developed an innovative program to rapidly improve business profitability by re-defining leadership and empowering workers.
