A Fairytale for Humanity

'A Fairytale for Humanity' follows a young girl loosely through the major arcana of the tarot deck. It is comprised of both written work and illustration. This story is important for two reasons: it helps the novice begin to learn the lessons of the tarot and it isn't an extravagant dissertation on the mysteries of life; both parents, children, and the mystical seeker will enjoy it.

Giana Cicchelli is a Sociology Professor, an artist, and a professional witch & shaman. Cicchelli holds a Master’s Degree from CSU Fullerton, where she studied witchcraft and shamanism from a sociological perspective. Cicchelli has also been trained as a high priestess of an eclectic Wicca tradition, and as a healer in the Peruvian Q’ero shamanic tradition. She has traveled to Peru, Italy, and Costa Rica to work with shamanic practitioners, and participate in sacred ceremonies. Cicchelli’s goal is to both help heal people from their trauma, and to teach them how to live magickally no matter their religious belief system.
