Now we're telling his story. We learn how he grew up to fall in love with Tamlyn, which was not an easy task. Tamlyn had a mind of her own, but so did Alex. It was complicated; on their wedding day, suddenly one of them was missing. Many other members of the US Army Air Forces had issues with pilot Highland and his unit flying over Berlin that night in early June of 1944. We don't know for sure what specific night it was because all records of that raid were immediately destroyed afterward and Adolf Hitler took the secret with him to his grave-or did he really go to the grave?
