A small plane, carrying secrets vital to the protection of US interests crashes in the mountainous interior region of the island of Puerto Rico. The author, Pedro Vargas was born in New York City and raised in Freehold, N.J. until the age of 13 when he moved with his parents to Hatillo, P.R. where he married and graduated as a pharmacist. He then moved to Florida where he currently resides with his wife Sara. This is his first effort in the book writing field.
