Scott Mies, M.Ed., B.A. is a retired corporate human resources director, former college instructor and early childhood education director. He received his master of education degree from the Erikson Institute of Loyola University of Chicago. Scott is actively involved in the Prescott, Arizona community as a volunteer, chorus member, "Big Brother," and anything else he can check off his "bucket list." Mr. Mies is admittedly "addicted" to murder mysteries and courtroom dramas, and continues to pursue his passion as a free-lance writer. Al Lodwick, RPh, MA, CAACP is a retired pharmacist, living in Prescott, Arizona, whose career spanned the era from compounding prescriptions to clinical pharmacy. Al served in Vietnam as an Army pharmacist. He managed the medication, "warfarin" and taught seminars on its proper use. Mr. Lodwick has chronicled his experiences in many legal actions involving pharmaceuticals in his recently published book, Expand Your Pharmacy Practice: Become an Expert Witness or Litigation Consultant.
