A young Oliver from Portland, Oregon visits his Aunt in London and becomes obsessed with the old fashioned double-decker bus. From a bay window in his Aunt's flat across from a big park called Kensington Gardens, Oliver watches buses come and go. He and his Aunt ride back and forth on big red double-decker buses as they visit famous sites of London like Big Ben. From his front seat view on the top floor of the old fashioned #9, Oliver sees Royal Albert Hall and other amazing London landmarks. He meets an entertaining conductor named Bobby who calls Oliver "mate" and pretends to accept Oliver's fare.
