Deception Ridge

The dashing Lance Meyers loves his job investigating viral outbreaks for the CDC. Women find him irresistible and his life seems quite satisfying. All that changes dramatically when he is assigned to investigate a possible outbreak of West Nile virus near his childhood home in the Pacific Northwest. The normally confident Meyers is challenged by a confusing investigation full of intrigue and a government cover-up to conceal information from the public. Along the way, Meyers finds romance and faces his own shortcomings as he confronts his fears: physical, emotional, and spiritual. Meyers is relentless in his search for the truth and his quest to solve an ever-growing mystery while at the same time fighting to preserve his safety as well as that of his newly found love interest.
