Living in your flow is not about self-improvement, as you already have everything you need within you. The goal, rather, is to step into and receive the stream of energy that’s already there, allowing it to fill you up and inform your steps. We’re designed for this, however, most of us need to untangle from that which drains our energy and diverts our flow. This is vital, as it’s our energy that evolves us not our thinking. Once we reclaim our energy and manage it in a way that supports our flow, the insights and inspiration needed to move forward will naturally arise and move us toward right action. Remaining in alignment (and the willingness to return when we inevitably fall out) is all that’s required to experience true energy wellness.
