One snowy Christmas Eve, Joe and MaryAnn stumble on a mysterious Christmas farm.
MaryAnn is slowly losing her way and losing faith in herself. She decides one snowy Christmas Eve that leaving the town would be best, but she needs a ride. Joe, the associate pastor of the town chapel, feels it is his responsibility to help her, so he agrees, believing he can help her find hope and to believe in herself along the way. While helping her on the run and trying to escape detection by the town’s people, Joe takes the backroads. At one point Joe realizes that now he is lost. They are desperate for help in the snow and cold. They see a light in the distance but aren’t sure if they saw a streetlight through the distant trees or a glimmering star. Deciding to follow the light hoping it leads them to the highway, they eventually stumble on a remote farm where the farmer and his wife are unusually welcoming and offer help, but is it the kind of help Joe and MaryAnn expected? Do Joe and MaryAnn have any idea who these people are? As a particularly familiar set of events unfold, they begin to wonder if the farm is a lot more than it seems. Is it all just an ordinary twist of fate that they happened to find the farm, or is it something more than they could ever imagine? In the end, what do they really believe? A heartwarming, uplifting, inspirational, feel-good tale.
