The Little Book of Simple Sayings

This work of art, “The Little Book of Simple Sayings,” compiled and illustrated by 17-year-old Cameron Killian O’Keefe is an uplifting series of messages designed to nurture the youth and all who open it. Whimsically presented and carefully illustrated pages are filled with life lessons, struggles and silver linings that truly can benefit us all. This is the type of wisdom that sticks…delivered in a way that uplifts the spirit and fills our souls with lessons worth learning again and again. Her own journey with Syringomyelia and Chiari Type I Malformation encouraged her to write and dedicate this book to her surgeon and to the children with whom she shares those experiences on the 12th floor of St. Louis Children’s Hospital. This beautiful book encourages all who open it to find the positive in every situation, to celebrate our differences and to persevere through whatever might be the obstacles in our paths, for she knows firsthand the view is better on the other side of the shore. 

This is the first in a series that Cameron Killian O'Keefe is looking to produce and her second compilation “The Little Book of Sunshine” is in production.
