博客來This document (the first year, 15 July 1944 to 20 July 1945) is a narrative record of events as the Civil Affairs Holding and Staging Area (CASA) was developed to train officers in military government and civil administration for working in the Pacific theater. Emphasis is on changes based on experience gained in the European theater.
