Felix Lena Stephaniehas a PhD in information studies from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She has over twenty-five years’ total work experience spanning the areas of marketing research, consultancy, information technology, teaching and training. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), she has successfully managed several research and IT projects in her career. As a project management instructor, she has trained thousands of mid to senior level managers from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Lena has published research papers in the areas of e-health and interactive digital media, and has research interests in e-health and digital ecosystems. She is currently a Director at Knowledge Allies Pte Ltd, a project management training and consultancy organization based in Singapore. Lena also serves as a part-time lecturer at Nanyang Technological University and SP Jain School of Global Management, Singapore.
Ravi S. Sharma is a Professor of Technological Innovation at Zayed University, United Arab Emirates and Founding Director of the Centre for Inclusive Digital Enterprise - CeIDE. Prior to this he was Associate Professor of Knowledge Management at the Nanyang Technological University; Visiting Professor of Information Systems at ESSEC Business School (Asia Pacific) and led the IS Group at the University of Canterbury Business School. He received the BSc (Com Sci, Math & Econ) from Brandon, MSc (Com Sci) from Regina and PhD (Management Sciences) from Waterloo. He has held visiting appointments at Institute of Technology Bandung, USC Marshall School, IIT-Bombay, Swiss IMD, and the SP Jain School of Global Management. He has spent 10 years in industry as Asean Communications Industry Principal at IBM Global Services and Director of the Multimedia Competency Centre of Deutsche Telekom Asia. His teaching, consulting and research interests are in digital platforms and eco-systems; typically using action design research on use-cases of digital transformations to develop lessons learnt and best practices. He has co-authored over 100 technical papers which have appeared in leading journals, conferences, trade publications; written a graduate-level text on knowledge management technologies; and co-edited a research collection of papers on Understanding the IDM Marketplace. He has also been involved in Singapore’s Initiative for ASEAN Integration by training senior officials in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar in Advanced IT Planning. He has successfully secured over $1m in grants as Principal Investigator of the NCB-funded S-ONE field trials, an NRF-funded project on Interactive Digital Enterprises and an MoE tier 2 grant on digital literacies, knowledge societies and sustainable development. He is a Senior Scholar of the Association of Information Systems, Fellow of the Institution for Engineering & Technology and a Chartered Engineer (UK).
